Shawn M. Starr, CEO

Born and raised in Elyria, Ohio, Shawn is a veteran of the United States Army. Ending his military career at Fort Carson, Colorado, Shawn and his wife Heather settled along the Colorado Front Range. His first post-military career was in the landscape supply industry, and he fell in love with the landscaping and green industry. Shawn holds two Master’s Degrees; an MBA and a Masters of Strategic Leadership. Having run multiple successful businesses, Shawn’s focus is twofold: Outstanding Customer Experience and Employee Success.

Hector Pesquiera, Arizona Director of Sales & Service

Hector served for 20 years as the CEO of a family owned business in Mexico. Settling in Arizona, Hector brings a wealth of construction and landscaping experience to the team. Outside of experience, Hector is well known for his fanatical focus on helping customer’s have the best possible experience and most “bang for the buck.” Hector’s team in Arizona has eight installation crews, allowing us to tackle any job, no matter how big or small.

Vince Maynes, Colorado Director of Sales & Service

Vince is an industry titan, having worked in landscape supply, construction and landscaping. With an easy going personality, Vince is focused on being hyper-responsive to customers and dedicated to getting the job done. Among our team, Vince is known as “the quiet professional,” but to his customers, he’s the guy who answers right away and exceeds their expectations.

Lizette Mena, Inside Sales Manager

Lizette is the first point of contact for most customers. She is the friendly person you want on the other end of the phone, text or email. Lizette is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently, so she can help any customer who needs a hand. A green industry pro, Lizette will help you start the process and answer any questions you might have in a fast, easy manner.
